MARCELLA FASULO

VICE CHAIRWOMAN AT CUSHMAN & WAKEFIELD

Marcella Fasulo is a Vice Chairman in the Capital Markets group at Cushman & Wakefield in New York City. She and her team are responsible for the sale and recapitalization of real estate across the United States. Marcella focuses primarily on New York City or larger national transactions, including all asset classes: office, multifamily, industrial, hotel, retail and development. In the course of her career, Marcella has led/participated in the successful completion of over $120 billion of transactions. She works with both domestic and foreign capital, and often focuses on tax efficient partial interest sales. She serves as an advisor to offshore institutional and high net worth clients as they expand their acquisitions efforts in the US. 

 

Marcella’s transaction experience spans from trophy and boutique assets in New York City, to trophy and large portfolio multifamily assets, to some of NYC’s largest development sites, and large national industrial portfolios. Marcella’s recent NYC experience includes the sale of 100 Pearl for $850 million, the sale of the M&M store in Times Square for $191 million; the sale of an $840 million multifamily asset in Manhattan and the sale of a 49% interest in a $2.85 billion office asset in Manhattan. She has also recently advised on the sale of a 40% stake in a $707 million gateway industrial portfolio and a $365 million Amazon and FedEx portfolio, as well as numerous single Amazon transactions.

 

Marcella was previously a Senior Vice President and partner on the CBRE institutional Capital Markets Team, where she worked for over a decade, as well as an Associate at Savills. She holds a Bachelor in Science from Lehigh University. She was honored by Crain’s as a “40 Under 40”.
